When a friend told me that she was going to teach a sock knitting class, I asked what I needed to know to take the class. She said 'knit & purl'. Well, I could not ever remember knitting anything, but I knew that I knew how. So, thirteen pairs of socks in a year and a half, several shawls, countless doilies, dish/face cloths done, I have a whole new craft to share.
